Since it is intended for people who play only sporadically, perhaps it should
be recoded to log exp earned as it occurs and give a bonus at reboot if it's
needed.
Then, the people that play ten hours a day don't benefit at all.
The algorythm can be tweaked and adjusted as needed without mortals knowing
the exact details.
Hopefully there will be less fuss over it.
