if a player has made exp during previous 7 days: no power hour bonus rate.

Once a week is not going to make player advance even with PH.
Reason why we got so much \'ideas\' and bitching was that it affected everyone and made all minmax.PH would work better for the ones it was intended if:
1) Bonus would be smaller, like 25-50% (compares to low players)
2) Wouldnt work everyday, though if ya have to do no exp for 3 days to get PH it would be kinda unfair, if its as big as it used to be


Not sure how PH affected exping of players, but as many said it made \'em play for 1-2h more or less daily instead of just idling (or are they just saying so). Somehow it would be good to get that back. Tune was good but this time it was overpowered, could we find something beetween \'old\' and \'new\'
