There are times when a brave warrior is too short to climb a gate, reach for
cliff on a mountainside or wield the largest polearms. At these times druid
can help the warrior, tapping the nearly endless reserves of the earth itself
and granting the warrior physical size.

The physical change is not without drawbacks, though. Earth gives but earth
takes and part of the targets regeneration is absorbed in earth. The wise
druids also advice that target should be able to touch the ground or water,
hence trying to cheat the earth is risky business.

In other words: Give druids a spell that will give target a few points of size
and some -regen. With ridiculous castingtime + absurd spellcost, of course.
And give the target all benefits of the newly gained size.
