Can the powers at be fix this currently not usanble stat and make it more
effective in combat... Make people with high dex effect there hit rate alot
more, make if part of you defence rating. Where a low dex could acculy hurt
you in def department. Cause right now all dex is good for is avoid and some
bard stuff. We had the str tune now lets have a dex tune please.
In theory, theory and practice are the same, but in practice, theyre not.
