How about having special weapons for guards you can buy at the guard shop?
these would be only wieldable by guards of course.. they would do damage or
just look nice, i mean what kind of guards have no weapons?
Another option is giving normal weapons to guards, once given to the guards
the guards could not remove them and the weps would dest if the guard was ever
killed..
