Any chance we could be able to claim the new eq we make that for some reason
doesnt get names on it? It seems silly that some people have 50d old otherwise
identical eq they can claim but I can't claim my fresh self made piece of eq.
And if that's for some reason too suffeli, how about adding a limit (like
there was before) just for the eq that has been made since the claiming gadget
was modified and ancient status removed?
