lifespan should be made individual to each race.
What I mean that the lenght of each perioid would be race dependant.
i.e. Elves should age quickly to "young" and stay, well, forever young.
and ents on the other hand should age rater quickly til old and spend their
looong lifespan as old, very old an ancient!
