Chests should have a much higher sac value then they do. Merchants put a lot
of time into building them and must make an initial purchase of a chest hull.
Plus, with giving a better sac value to chests, it would encourage players to
get rid of their smaller ones and reduce the number of them in the world,
providing a little bit more balance to the chest market.
