Actually if you change the boot time, people will whine for say.. next few
months about how it is so hard to keep track on the boot times. The idea said,
that everytime you login it will show you next boot time is great and it will
solve the "I did not know"-problem. Because then you are just totally blind
and ignorant if you did not see it coming. And there also is a command to see
the next boot time. n
People are just generally lazy and they don't want anything to change, but
they will eventually adapt. But honestly, if you are too lazy to keep track on
simple thing like boot time, then I just ask you, where do you get the energy
to actually play?
So as you can quess, I'm all in for the boot time change. Some 28h or so boot
periods would be nice. It would make the game "fair" for everyone, though only
a minority of players are from lets say US, we should not discriminate them
because they are a minority, we should give them equal chances to play the
game (as some things are once per boot only it now benefits fin players much).
How does the current boot time lower US citizens chances to play? The current
boot time isn't that bad after all, besides, what kind of mudders they are if
they are sleeping at that time? it is so easy to sleep during days and play
all night long (been there, done that). Discriminate? why finns should adapt?
As someone stated, mud is, afterall, stationed in Finland. If someone want's
to do once/boot stuff, then he must adapt
I don't care when the boot is, at least when it is not during the best playing
time, but i'm afraid of that change.
