If the spell 'inquiry to ahm' or whatever it's name is (the reinc tax check
spell) is cast on a player with reinc exp left to regain, it could show how
much exp made and how much exp left to make to regain all reinc exp.

For example, spell cast at someone midreinc:
Total amount of experience to regain everything: 4000000
Experience made: 1500000
Experience left: 2500000

Or something like that...
