+10 from 20 votes? It doesnt take a genius to figure out that mortals have
voted + and reborn players -, and seeing as how there are more mortals than
reborn players, I'm surprised it isn't even more +.

So, we should change the country's election/voting system such that if the
democrats vote a win for Kerry, and the republicans vote for bush, then
instead of looking at the overall number of votes, we should just find out if
there are more democrats than republicans and then use that figure to
