Uptune tinning. Give every tin something like a n/tinning% chance of granting
a random lower level conjuprot equivalent with a mastery equal to
n/monstersize. Perhaps have tinning kit material have some impact on this.
Shouldn't be too extreme an uptune, but give some nice love to the poor newbie
solorangers.
