How about changing the group of ideas-wanted replies to "flame", instead of
"ideas-wanted" by default. Most of the replies belong to there anyways and
those few that get to go to ideas-wanted can be changed by hand. Shoulnd't be
too big chance in news reader.

It's not a problem codewise, should that really be done? If you're too lazy to
type 'flame' to not to get a newsban, that would give you another chance to
think if you have to answer in the first place.
I guess I'm still too naive and believe that people should be
able to discuss ideas constructively, and maybe build on each
others opinions, instead of competing about who can fit the
most obscenities in a single post.
BatMUD is after all a teameffort, and frank discussion about
development is welcome. People who fail to understand that,
or feel the need to disrupt legitimate conversations should
just turn off that specific group in their newsreader.
