Of course it is nice that wizards come up with different rape-prot solutions
to prevent eq-mob rape, but the problem with current systems is that they are
all so artificial. The desire not to kill a certain eq-mob should come from
the player, not via some limit a wizard has placed how ofter a certain mob can
be killed.

So here's a new idea: Make a worn/wielded piece of eq to give actually LESS
bonus if there are many pieces of eq currently available with the SAME NAME in
the maker list and wielding/wearing player's name on the maker list also.

Example: I kill a mob and receive a fancy piece of eq that has my name in
addition to say 8 other players. Now if I kill that mob 9 time more, there
will be 10 pieces of that eq with my name - bad-me -> all those pieces of eq
with MY NAME will give 1 less spregen.

Example2: I kill a mob and receive a fancy piece of eq that has my name in
addition to say 8 other players. Now if I never-ever kill that mob again -
good-me -> no need to punish me and my piece of eq. There's still 8 other
names on the list, but no matter if they keep on raping that mob as long as I
don't kill it again too many times.

Benefit: Now really the ppl that rape the eq AND the ppl that buy eq from the
rapists will suffer and those ppl that do the eq only for themselves wont.

Now you say: Easy to avoid this tune - just rape, but be sure that eq you are
wearing don't have your name in them. Well, you would still gain all the
benefits of the eq that have your name: EQ-damage, MC-Demons, Stat-bonuses.

Conclusion: The ppl will still want to have the eq that has their own name -
but in addition they want to limit the amount of equipment with their name in
game -> rape-problem solved.

Now you say: It takes too much computer resources to check how many pieces
there are with certain name. Simple solution: Only check the stats and number
of names randomly on items OUT OF CHESTS every now and then. Wont take too
much computer resources and I'm sure that the fear of reduced stats in eq in
the middle of eq-party is enought to keep ppl from distributing the equipment
with their name.
