Reinc shouldn't cost money. I really don't want to sell close to top
end items from party "reaver helm with your name mb. 1k" to get reinc
moneys. And soloing money (pretty much only real moneysource?) sucks
in a mud of partying.
Also, doing money is obsolete anyway, names on items pretty much
fucked up sales economy anyway.
