Could even low level wizards have access to reset certain rooms in mud. It
would be nice to be able to do quests without some idiots fucking those
always. Some of the quests seem to have one once per boot thing and some
wiseass always goes and fucks it from boot.

Talk to the coder who made the quest/area and ask for a change. If the coder
is long gone, talk to Juggelo.
