I'd like to see EVERY downtune posted by a mortal in idea's wanted to happen.
It should just be a personal downtune. For example if Froggy thinks he's
getting to much exp from rais/ress let him get half what everyone else is
getting. If someone thinks power hour is to good let them not recieve them (no
not bringing power hours back to thread). Personally I don't think because a
person says the game is to easy or this is out of balance it should be tuned
(granted some might have just been coincidental timing).
