Ok actually yes i do remember that duke!!! I was playing back then, jesus, can
you believe that? I think it was swashbuckler who used SS to up his martial
arts to like 200% and was soloing burgle and stuff. But hmm ive tested qc at
160-170. And it fucking sucks I see almost very little difference between
that and 100. I think people paying mad cash for eq with qc/dc and stuff is
mostly dicksize imho. Anyways the effect you get from them is rather small.
Im not saying put back to straight 1:1....but maybe a sliding curve would be
cool. Might give more reason to collect skill eq for attack, throw weight,
etc, besides just the boring hybrid dodge/parry eq.
