Make it only available to top 20 in questmakers plaque or so, and not everyone
with 50 quests which is ... EASY.

..also expand this to explorer rank too so that only the top20 explorers would
get that rank.

Why are most ideas to make LESS of something. Instead, why not think of a more
different ranks. So the guys with 50 quests would have theirs and the top 20
would have theirs, a better one. Or something like that. Personally I think
ranks are cool to look at in the who guild and who party, so what's wrong with
having more people with ranks? Numbers look sort of ugly, so think up more
different ranks!

I think that 50 quests is kinda easy to make, if you know the quests alrdy or
have friends to show how to do those... but if you are new here
, I can tell that it takes kinda long time to explore through 50 quests.. it's
not that hard but it's a big job. I vote for keeping this in same form.
