About this reinc thing? Work less, pay more, or pay less and work more. I
think thats quite everyday concept. So, if you want ease of play, just take
instant reinc and pay little more reinc tax, or if it's so hard to lose you
preciuos exp, then take slow mode, and do a little of work.
