Dont know the force tax% but you could make it take
a certain amount of exp instead of a %. Lets say 20m if target has atleast 50m
totals. We have Mortis for newbies allready and this would not become too
usefull before 500m or so totals. But it might make it slightly easier to do
"no reincarnation" since reinc counter didnt seem to count the force last
spring.
