make the exp-tuner to count all kills of same mob within the respawn period,
to affect exp tune 1/10 of that they do now.
and yes, fucks to all of you lazy coders putting 20x same cloned mob into
one room, espec to areas coded after the stupid tune (votk,mirrormine,etc)
