This is perhaps a bit naive idea, but it seems that guild channels show the
same "has joined the guild" and "has reached the maximum level" messages
regardless of whether it's the first time that player joins/maxes the guild or
not.
As I said, it might be a bit naive, but I think it might be cool to sometimes
congratulate someone for joining or especially reaching the last level of a
guild. However, that congratulation is basically obsolete if the joiner/maxer
is just a reincer who has been in that guild 10 times already. Someone who has
joined or maxed the guild for the first time in their playing career would be
a much suitable target for a congratulation.
Thus, would it be a stupid idea if the message somehow showed if that was a
first timer for that player?
