Would it be too suffeli if there was some way to get back the "exp spent in
reinc taxes"? Maybe something like those potions that would restore a portion
of your exp for some amount of cash etc.

Getting reinc-exp back is quite easy as it is. Just go make some exp!

As I recall, the alternative was much higher reinc taxes, and random selection
of races on reinc. If it was a choice, I can't really remember back that far.
