juggle item in chest
This would move item to the top of chest's inventory. The reason I'd like
this is for handling of bundles of 2000+ arrows in a chest, getting and
replacing isn't exactly an option. There might be other uses for this command
as well.

in a mount's saddlebags. Syntax should be fairly obvious.
