While the idea doesn't exactly seem like worth answering, let's make this an
educational moment for the future purposes so hopefully the novel ideas of the
future can be fitted to one single post, instead of two. Anyway, just replying
to this one. For this to be treated as an actual idea, it would be nice:

1) To have some kind of reasoning why this idea is proposed. What is the
existing problem that this idea is attempting to fix? Simply stating that the
subject line is the idea isn't enough to convey thoughts behind the reasoning.
2) Simply changing something for the sake of changing it is not typically a
good idea, because changes may lead to unknown and unanticipated factors. It
is much safer to maintain status quo, at least if the change is not at all
reasoned.

If we actually had some kind of ring slot problem, it might be crazy not to
act on it. Nevertheless, from my perspective the current situation with the
ring slots doesn't seem too crazy either, so why don't we go with that? If
both the current and the proposed status quo is "not crazy", it seems there
are fewer moments of pandemonium involved when simply going through the
motions, watching the fireflies gather around the bright city lights, where an
elderly woman leans on a lamp post reminiscing about her past glory days that
might have happened if things had gone differently in the 1960s - not that it
has anything to do with this actual newspost.
