Is there an actual reason why, if I log off with 800 hps missing I log on
again AFTER BOOT and those hps are still missing? Really want a wizard to
admit no purpose and lazy coding on this one - i'm sure some white knight will
swoop in and say "well why should it heal you?" that's not the question!
