Yes, definitely...areas (and items) should be labeled to recognize coder in
question. We dont want the whine to go to wrong place, do we? :>

An excerpt from "help bug":
By default the feedback is examined immediately by the game master and also
sent to the creator of the room you are in.

In particular, you don't always want the message to go to the original coder
(retirement or whatever, they may no longer be around). The bug system has a
table of 'corrections' so that the bug goes to someone who can work on it.

So, just report bugs while inside the area they pertain to, or use the
[object] option if there is something wrong with a piece of eq.
