How about making 'claimability' available for every eq, even those with names

One would be able to claim any eq, but only once per eq. This would make eq
available for ppl who don't have time to make eq and it would also at the same
time reduce the 'usability' of that certain claimed eq by like 9 times
Of course players would have only limited amount of 'claims' to make.
Maybe make this option buyable by tps ? 50tp per eqclaim, any eq or something.
This would reduce the amount of tps in game, it also would give dedicated
players (who have donated or gathered tps some other way) a chance to actually
buy something useful without fear of breaking it.

Make claim eq turn like santa eq.. with no value and no use to any one but the
person that claimed it.. i think this would make some people think twice but
give other people to have good eq with there name on it.
