Out of curiosity... the personal exp tune is an interesting idea.. maybe
even a good one. But, what happens when i party? If I party with a bunch of
lvl 45s, do they get screwed because I'm higher level? Or do I get bonus since
they are lower?
I dont expect any answers to this... it's just an issue that needs to be
thought of if the problem is going to be tackled
