Allow all people that ignore you to bee seen on ignore list, not just the ones
with a message.

It never ceases to amaze me how curious people can be about who ignores them
or not. In my view, you wouldn't even need to see the people ignoring you
with a reason message. After all, people could just as well /gag your says
and tells on the client end, and you wouldn't know. Must be an ego thing or
something, being unable to live without knowing which players ignore you.
