The newbie-channel is, as the name implies, for newbie questions and newbie
help. It is not for "funny" answers (answering the opposite from the real
answer etc.), mocking the newbies or misguiding the newbies in any other way.
If you don't like newbies or don't want to help them, just turn the channel
off. On the other hand if you want to help newbies, you are encouraged to turn
the channel on.
Expect zaps or banishes for disobeying this rule.
