Today, I discovered that not using a shield does NOT reduce your parry % by
1/2. In other words, it your chance of parrying an attack is the same with 1
weapon, 2 weapons, 3..4 or whatever. A shield does however help reduce damage
done by criticals (sometimes).
I changed the parry command so it no longers tells you that line about not
using a shield. BTW: I have no clue how long it has been that way, but at
some point in batmud history not using a shield did reduce your parry chance.
