Level: 60 [Wizard] Age: 364d, 20h, 13min and 38s

Hi kids,

racial guilds coming in - Hablo and I spent this day tuning
them and we got into the implementation phase but ran out of
time (need to sleep), therefore about 50% of the guilds are
in game right now - the rest will come tomorrow. The other
change, reducing bground lvls to support these 5-level guilds,
will also take place tomorrow (I hope). I'll post more detailed
info then, this is just FYI if you check "who guild all" and
see freaky stuff
