After some time, coffee and lots of brownies, some new post offices were
built.

These wonderful places have gained some new features. For now, there is one in
Arelium, Lorenchia and Rilynt'tar. Shadowkeep and Calythien will get their own
eventually, but since they are older cities the foundations are a bit shakey
these days.

As this is something new, be careful with how you use them. I will be keeping
an eye on things for a while, if anything goes wrong do not hesitate to
contact me.
