Just to clarify previous post. All chested eq are safe and ok. People
who logged after boot may have lost thei WORN eq and ncity rooms
loaded after boot may have lost their guards.
All cityraiding is prohibited for a week. Check that your city
has all the guards in place. Contanct Zin if they are missing.
