The office of the Mayor of Batcity hereby informs
the noble owners of player cities through the realm,
that the Crown has imposed A CITY TAX on all player
cities.
The tax period is 30 real life days, and can be
prepaid up to 4 months in advance. The amount of taxes
due per month is dependant on the size of the player
city. Anybody can pay taxes on behalf of any player
city.
Failure to pay taxes is high treason and can have dire
effects on prominent player cities.
The tax office is located in the government building,
close to central square in Batcity.
