Even though the donates are still CLOSED, I updated the tpcalc -command
to reflect Euros (as FIM is no longer a used currency) and made some
tweaks to the 'help donate' on the way.
As questions are about to rise, NO, we have no estimate when donates will
be open next time.
Also notice that tpcalc now calculates only Euros (the tp-values were
corrected to reflect Euros instead of USDs). The current Euro vs. USD
value is about 0.88 Euros to 1 USD.
