There are two new styles:
D_POSITIVE and D_NEGATIVE
They are used for positive and negative hp difference in the short score
{diffhp} etc. entries. The defaults are green and red.
Oh and the small non-exactness of colorhp/sp/ep should be gone.
Works after reboot or quit&re-enter,
