I made some changes and additions to 'date' command. It now supports 'your
personal timezone'. You can set your timezone by typing 'date -set zone' and
query someone's timezone with 'date -p playername'. In future this setting
might be used in some other, additional places.
Ideas and bugs ought to be reported to me.
