I want to make more people exempt than the 25 allowed now. This is hardly an

Ok, I changed it to 100. But, you might want to consider using the pcity
lists instead. This way you can exempt an entire list, then add or remove
people to or from that list. At any rate, that's up to you, but the limit is
now 100.
