Some of you may have noticed the small stat bonuses you sometimes get when you
wear eq you made yourself. The following adjustments have been made to them:

-- the odds of getting one of these small bonuses has gone up for newbie and
lowbie eq (anything less than "moderately")
-- the bonus you get from a "paired slot" eq, such as a pair of gloves that is
a single item, is now doubled. You are also more likely to get this bonus.
-- the bonus you get from full body armour is further increased, and you are
even more likely to get that. In addition, "newbie" and "lowbie" for full body
armour is based on the bonus per slot, not the total bonus (i.e. a ring of +10
str is very nice, but a full plate of +10 str is not that powerful because it
chews up so many slots).
-- the bonuses that apply to stats now also work for hit, avoid, damage, hpr,
spr, phys/mana/fire/cold/poison/electric/asphyx/psi/acid resistance,
stab/cut/bash/gen prot, all skills, and all spells. Exception: a bonus to
"all" spells or skills is not adjusted, you with the BatMUD 15th birthday
ring, you know who you are, you greedy p0nk.
