At least for now, the weapon "speed burst" against stunned monsters has been
removed. It may return later, possibly in a modified state.
Damage against slightly stunned (as in, stunned by battle rather than by
spell, most likely) opponents has been increased. The increase is
proportional, so large weapons get a bigger boost than smaller weapons.
