Starting from next boot, racial leaders will get a slight stat bonus.
This will hopefully diversify the race distribution for certain classes.
To get the bonus, you will need to acquire leadership. If you are already a
leader, sacrificing at your shrine will initialize your bonus.
The bonus stays on as long as you are the leader of your race.
If you encounter any bugs with this, don't hesitate to Tell them to me.
