The NPC resser/raiser Theresa, apprentice of good 'ol Athalon, was somewhat
recoded by yours truly.
This might fix the long-standing issue of "I accepted raise/ress/foobar from
Theresa, waited and nothing happened."
Reports about it working would be appreciated, also if there are some new
anomalies, that too.
