Please give Mortis the ability to reinc players again. Or at least, make it
easier to force a reinc somehow. No amount of killing myself seems to trigger
it, and nobody seems to want to cast the spell.

I'm guessing the game is low pop now compared to the past? This will be an
ongoing issue going forward. There should be self-service areas to do stuff
like this.
