Might it be possible to reduce the weight on water containers? A canteen that
weighs 18kg? seems kinda weird. Theres no light weight water containers that
are non magical. Thats dumb. A canteen should weigh .5kg at most.

I tell you what. You ignore the fact that an iron canteen weighs 3kg when
empty, and I'll ignore the fact that it weighs 6kg when full of 29 liters of
water.

Just shop around and get a wooden one and sell the anipium ones you find.

Well, if it's holding 29 litres of water, can you upgrade races so they don't
drink too much? My dwarf character can drink half a canteen in one
gulp...that's one hell of a bladder dwarves have to be able to take a
14.5litre sip...

Considerin that most races need to drink about once in a few weeks mud time
its fine they drink 15liters when they do.
