People arent too keen to donate stuff to
Damograns, which we can clearly see from
diminished Damo-awards. How about arranging
annual Damograns megalottery worth 10tp.

Shares for lottery would come from all
donations done earlier.

Or better yet, make Damogran give awards to more
than one people. It's really annoying that no matter
how much you donate, some d00d with 5k donates may
take the pot.

Or how about doing something to the actual reason why people don't donate so
much? Namely, that even the 'diminished' amount of donated stuff is so much
more than stuff taken out, that he hardly ever accepts anything worth less
than 2k gold.
