New boon: cheap reinc.

Full boon gives you a massive discount for guildlevel
costs in gold.

Naturally nobody would take this, as it is good only for
the duration of the reinc, but since we have the option
of 'full boon for 24 hours...', it would be nice for
us who never get their bank balance quite right .
Of course the full boon for 24h could cost a bit more
than 1 tp.
