would it be totally terrible to make some random on sizes, not much but like
+-2 from current sizes of race, so there could actually be 112 or 108 size
titans etc etc, you get the point, would make some varity among people

I like the idea - however given the (way too) big effect size has on certain
abilities of front row, the -2 would effectively fuck up quite a few reincs

that was the idea of it, it would balance out in working reincs which have
gotten +2, no pain no gain and of course no hands no candy

Races having random stats of any kind, including size, is not something we
want to get into. We do not want to have either "I have to keep reincing until
I get my random +str, +dex, +con and +siz" or "Ah crap, my reinc was -str -dex
-con -siz, now I'm screwed". Random character generation is fine for many
games, but not for us.
